The Teaser of “102 Not Out”, starring Big B and Rishi Kapoor is out!

‘102 Not Out’ is an upcoming Indian Hindi comedy-drama film starring Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor in the lead roles. This film is based on a running Gujarati play written by Saumya Joshi by the same name and is being directed by Umesh Shukla (‘OMG’, ‘All Is Well’). The film is now slated to release on 4 May 2018 and it’s trailer will be attached to the release of the film Pad Man.

A lot of buzz was generated when it was announced that Bachchan and Kapoor were coming together, as then Rishi Kapoor had just publicly accused Bachchan of not giving credit to his co-stars for his success, but only his directors and writers. Kapoor also revealed that in their early years, their relation wasn’t so good. Rishi Kapoor surprisingly admitted  that he bribed an official for his Filmfare Best Actor Award for Bobby, and Bachchan may have found out about this secret, which made him reflect upon the fact that he lost due to this unfairness and not because the Filmfare judges felt he gave a lesser performance in Zanjeer.

However, when speaking about the film, both legends have said they enjoyed working with each other again after many years and praised each other’s work, putting a rest to the rumors that there was still tension between them. This film will be seeing Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor reunite on-screen after 27 years. They have been paired in many beloved classic films together such as Kabhie Kabhie(1976), Amar Akbar Anthony(1977), Naseeb(1981), Coolie(1983), and Ajooba(1991).
