Netflix announced its Telugu slate for 2024 CineEye, January 16, 2024 Netflix announced its lineup of 12 films that will be available for viewing in multiple languages on their platform after their theatrical release. Sneak peeks of these films were unveiled on Netflix’s social media on Monday. Some of 2023’s Telugu releases on Netflix include Bro, Bhola Shankar, Dasara, MAD, Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty and Kushi. The 2024 slate includes upcoming releases, namely, NTR Jr’s Devara, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s NBK 109, directed by Bobby Kolli, Prabhas-Prashanth Neel’s Salaar, Vijay Deverakonda’s yet-to-be-titled VD 12, a cop drama written and directed by Jersey-fame Goutham Tinnanuri, Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s Tillu Square and his untitled next directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar, Vishwak Sen’s Gangs of Godavari, Allu Sirish’s Buddy, UV Creations’ Production Number 12 starring Kartikeya Gummakonda and GA2 Pictures’ Production Number 9, starring MAD-fame actor and NTR Jr’s brother-in-law Nithin Narne. The Nani starrer Hi Nanna, which hit theatres on December 7, 2023 and came out on Netflix on January 4, also finds a mention in the 2024 slate. It is the only released film in the list so far. The much awaited sequel of Allu Arjun-Sukumar’s Pushpa : The Rise (2021), Pushpa : The Rule will also be available on Netflix post release. Pushpa : The Rise is currently streaming on Prime Video.
