A sequel to Akshay’s 2012 satirical drama, this film reportedly deals with subjects of sex education and homosexuality.

The synopsis of the film reads, “Life is bliss until one day Kanti Sharan Mudgal’s son Vivek is blamed for immoral conduct and expelled from school. Overwhelmed, Kanti plans to leave town until a divine intervention leads him to seek justice by taking those responsible to court.”

Soon after the trailer of OMG 2 dropped, several users gave it a thumbs up.

One user wrote, “Even though Akshay Kumar’s role was changed, the story still looks promising. And the dialogue, “Rak Vishwas, Tu hai shiv ke pass.” Just beautiful, I personally hope this becomes a blockbuster.”

“When the rest of the world was taking baby steps, Our Sanatan culture was running miles ahead of us… This Line literally touched my heart️. I’ll watch this for sure. Especially for the fact that this movie will actually explain the liberalism and openness of our Vedic civilization. And how the toxic Conservatism ate our liberal and open Vedic culture. It needs real guts to show the conservatives of our society that sex education was a very integral part of ancient India. Blockbuster for sure.”
